Who is Recruitment Coach?

Recruitment Coach is a Brisbane based company that forms part of the successful and iconic Flight Centre Group. Founded in 2009 by Paula Maidens (Managing Director) and Tudor Marsden-Huggins (Director), Recruitment Coach was created to provide small and medium sized businesses throughout Australia with access to expert recruitment and retention advice, ideas and strategies, where the focus is on coaching/up skilling these businesses to improve their human resources processes holistically.

Paula’s experience is unique – combining Accounting, Banking, Recruitment, Training & Management! From a career start in Accounting & Banking, Paula changed industries to Recruitment in 2005 and found her passion in assisting businesses via an agency, to recruit the right people. Paula soon found a gap existed in the market: for cost-effective recruitment /hiring strategies and people management solutions for small-medium businesses.

HOW IT WORKS

As a Recruitment Coach Business Partner you own your own client list, manage your own income stream and choose your own working hours. The entire process to get you off and running takes approx. 12 weeks.

Launching your Business
We have developed our Launch Assist Program aimed at having our Business Partners “hit the ground running” when it comes servicing clients and earning an immediate income stream. For those who like to be in an office environment you have the option to rent office time from Recruitment Coach.

Our Launch Assist Program provides:

1. Comprehensive two week training orientation and program with other people.

2. 10 client introductions, of which our MD Paula Maidens will attend some of these with you.

3. 100 client leads (that fit the SME range criteria) based on your location and industry choice.

4. Support services such as Telemarketing, Marketing or HR administration are on offer and we even take the invoicing and debtor chasing off your hands so your focus is on your clients.

5. Proven sales process which allows you to tap into the growing SME market here in AUS.

6. An assured monthly client income stream of $5000 (Inc. GST) for a set period*

I purchased a Recruitment Coach License as I was working within the business and I saw the growth, demand and potential for this diverse industry.
